After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from eWAY containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering.
We will deliver your order to the address you provided during the checkout process on the day you have specified, if for any reason your order isn’t able to be delivered on that date we will contact you to arrange a new day.
Once you have finished with your bin, it is up to you to call us when you are ready for the bin to be removed.
